At a recent press event, Governor Ron DeSantis spoke out to justify why state police and a state health agency have taken steps that many see as aggressive.

“We are not investigating that. What they are investigating is fraudulent petitions. We know that this group did submit on behalf of dead people,” explained DeSantis.
